25live is a web based scheduling and event publishing product developed by collegenet used by various schools and scheduling units across duke s campus. Members of the duke university community should log on to 25live to reserve a classroom or other reservable space.

At this time all reservations made will be tentative and subject to cancellation pending university needs and policies. Group study rooms are available for booking on levels 1 and 3 of the library. If you want to inquire about an outdoor space for the fall semester please email eventservices duke edu with the space and date of interest. For spring 2021 semester reservations please email eventservices duke edu. Requestors and participants must be associated with duke university. All the rooms are equipped with large monitors and whiteboards and seat between 4 and 8 people.
